Welcome to CFDD

Triangle CFDD is the Raleigh Chapter of the Credit and Financial Development Division of the National Association of Credit Management.

This chapter was organized in 2000 by several members of NACM’s Industry Groups in Raleigh.

This Chapter has been fortunate to have good leadership and a strong membership base of credit professionals. Triangle CFDD is holding steadfast through difficult times of the last few years and hopes to strengthen its membership as the economy bounces back.

Triangle CFDD meets on the third Wednesday of each month. A guest speaker presents appropriate topics which are beneficial to members’ professional development. Guest speakers have included NC Secretary of State, Elaine F. Marshall; Wake County Sheriff, Donnie Harrison; Caroline Farmer, Attorney with the NC Department of Justice; Magistrates with Wake and Johnston County Worthless Check Programs; many local Attorneys representing Construction and Bankruptcy law; just to name a few.

Over the last twelve years Triangle CFDD has sponsored educational seminars and a golf tournament, where the proceeds went to multiple charities.

Our Chapter is very privileged to be able to contribute scholarship funds to NACM National and CFDD National, as well as donate to the community through local charities. A few of the local charities that have received donations from Triangle CFDD are: Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC; Raleigh Rescue Mission; Wake County K-9 Unit; US Troops./Afghanistan & Iraq; 20th Engineering Brigade at Fort Bragg; Wake Med Kid's Day; Wake County Meals on Wheels; and the American Cancer Society.

Membership in the Triangle CFDD Chapter provides a strong network of credit professionals and topics that are eligible for educational credit.
